Delete your All Here account
You can permanently delete your All Here account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — From the app
If you have the All Here app installed, this is the fastest way:
App → Settings → Delete account
Your account and data are deleted permanently. This action cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request by email (no app needed)
If you can't access the app, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account:
Please send it from your account email so we can verify the request. We will process and confirm your deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account and login email address
- Your name
- Your Google / Apple sign-in identifiers
- Your bookings and reservations
What we may retain
- Anonymized / aggregated analytics that are no longer linked to you or your identity.
- Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. for accounting or tax obligations). These are kept only for as long as the law requires, then deleted.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under the EU/Swiss General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to erasure of your personal data (the "right to be forgotten", Art. 17 GDPR). Deleting your account fulfils this request. If you have any questions about your data, contact us at welcome@allhere.org.
